Greg is the third generation of his family to own the marketing agency Hangar12. His experience running the boutique shop led to the creation of Hangar Hub. Once he saw the benefits HH provided to his own business, he wanted to offer them to small business owners everywhere.

Erynn has long been involved in the strategy world, starting with her time at Hangar12. She is responsible for the Hangar Hub build in Notion and has endeavored to craft an impeccable process oriented solution that can be customized and scaled to many different types of small businesses.

Melissa may have cut her wedding cake with a machete, but she approaches creative work with a delicate touch. She brings experience from several agencies and her background in traditional illustration imparts a unique approach to translating design into the digital space.
